Steel Spirals was born from a passion for mechanical engineering—specifically conveyor technology. At first glance, the world of screw conveyors seemed straightforward. But everything changed when we started looking deeper into why conveyors fail. Again and again, we found the same root causes: poor component design, imprecise manufacturing, and materials that just couldn’t handle the demands of real-world operation.
We realized that many of these failures were preventable. A well-built conveyor starts with high-quality parts—spirals, auger flights, screw shafts—manufactured with precision, attention to detail, and the right shape for the job.
That insight led us to create Steel Spirals: a company focused on producing reliable, tailor-made components for demanding industrial environments. Today, we design and manufacture auger flights, screw conveyors, stainless steel tanks, screw pumps, and more. Our portfolio has grown, but our mission remains the same—to build components that keep systems running and failures at bay.
Since producing our very first flight segment, we’ve come a long way. Step by step, we’ve expanded our operations, invested in modern technologies, and built strong partnerships with companies across a wide range of industries—from water management and energy to construction and heavy industry.
Each new project brought not just challenges, but opportunities to grow—technically, personally, and as a team. Today, we’ve completed hundreds of custom orders, from individual auger flights to complete screw systems and tailor-made stainless steel tanks.
